Free radicals cause a disruptive chain reaction that ultimately disturbs the normal operations of a cell. As an antioxidant, Selenium helps neutralize free radicals.* It also helps recycle Vitamin E for additional antioxidant support.*

Directions: For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
