Ready to quit abruptly? Chew a piece of gum whenever you feel the urge to smoke, up to a maximum of 15 pieces a day. Over time, you should need to use fewer and fewer gums to control your nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms. We recommend gradually reducing the number of pieces of gum you chew each day until you have quit for good.

Ingredients

This pack contains 105 pieces of mint flavoured chewing gum, each containing 2mg of Nicotine. Other ingredients contained include: Chewing Gum Base, Xylitol, Acesulfame Potassium, Polacrilin, Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Peppermint Oil, Magnesium Oxide, E171, E321, Talc, Carnauba Wax, Levomenthol, Acacia, & Nitrogen (food grade).

Instructions for Use

Chew a piece of gum every time you feel the urge to smoke, up to 15 gums per day

Chew it slowly until a strong taste is released. Stop chewing and rest the gum between your mouth’s jaw and cheek. The nicotine is absorbed by your mouth’s lining.

After the taste has faded, resume chewing the gum until the taste becomes strong again. Chewing activates the nicotine release.

?Continue this process for 30 minutes.
