This pack contains 105 pieces of mint flavoured chewing gum, each containing 4mg of Nicotine. Other ingredients contained include: Chewing Gum Base, Xylitol, Acesulfame Potassium, Sodium Carbonate Anhydrous, Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate, Peppermint Oil, Magnesium Oxide, E321, E171, Carnauba Wax, Starch, Talc, Winterfresh, Hypromellose, Sucralose, Polysorbate 80, Purified Water, Sub coating, Carnauba Wax, & Levomenthol.

Directions

Instructions for use:

Chew a piece of gum every time you feel the urge to smoke, up to 15 gums per day.

Chew it slowly until a strong taste is released. Stop chewing and rest the gum between your mouth’s jaw and cheek. The nicotine is absorbed by your mouth’s lining.

After the taste has faded, resume chewing the gum until the taste becomes strong again. Chewing activates the nicotine release.

Continue this process for 30 minutes.
